The face of a child

The face of a child can say it all, especially the mouth part of the face.

Junk Mail

So, a few days ago, Dante, Brad, and I were getting home from picking up Brad from work. Brad took Dante over to get the mail. As Brad was going though it, he handed me a few pieces of mail, and there was this brochure thing from Nemont that said "Resident" on it.

"Here, Dante," Brad says, "Look, it's mail for you. It's YOUR mail."

Dante's eyes light up like it is Christmas, and he reaches out to take his mail. "Maayo!" he exclaims.

After we get inside he looks at it for a while, then puts it on the coffee table.

Fast forward to today. I notice the living room is getting a little messy, and I have been working really hard to keep everything picked up. Dante is watching tv/playing with all the DVDs and games/ pulling the cushions off the couch, etc. I pick up some clothes, some garbage, etc. Dante pays no attention to me.

I pick up the Nemont brochure and start to walk towards the kitchen to throw it away. Dante starts going CRAZY!

"MAYO!!! MAAAAYYOO!! MAYO! MAYO! MAYO! MAAAYYYOOOOOOO!!"

I forgot it was his "mayo," but apparently he didn't forget 3 days later.

I guess I will have to throw it away when he is sleeping.
